Noblelift was established in 2000, which was located in Changxing, Zhejiang, and it was public listed in Shanghai stock exchange in 2015(stock code 603611). Since its establishment, the enterprise has focused on the design and development, manufacturing, installation and commissioning and technical services of intelligent warehousing and logistics equipment. Now it has become a leading domestic intelligent logistics system solution provider with independent innovation capability. In China, Noblelift has subsidiaries such as Zhongding Integration, Shanghai Noblelift Intelligent, Shanghai Xingnuo Investment, Noblelift Garage, Noblelift Microcredit, and oversea subsidiaries such as Noblelift North America, Noblelift Europe, Noblelift Russia, Noblelift Singapore and so on. At the same time, there are also production bases such as French SAVOYE, Noblelift Malaysia and Noblelift Vietnam. In 2021, the operating income exceeded 5.89 billion yuan, which was attributed to the net profit of listed enterprise exceeded 300 million yuan.

By the end of 2021, Noblelift owns 625 patents in force, including 69 inventions, 4 PCT foreign invention patents. In 2021, 53 national standards have been revised and issued, and the results of technological innovation have won a number of provincial and ministerial awards, such as a kind of truck, which won the 22nd China patent award. And the key technology   and industrialization application of unmanned industrial vehicle won the second prize of Zhejiang Technical Progress Award, the tiny turning radius unmanned stacking vehicle won the third prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award in 2021.
